Delivery / Order / Transaction FAQ

1. When will I receive my order?  
   All orders will be processed and sent out within 7 workings days for West Malaysia and 14 working days for East Malaysia (exclude Public Holidays and weekends). 
2. I haven’t receive any email of order confirmation. 
   You will receive an email from admin@yobaby.store for order confirmation. If it’s not in your inbox, it might have accidentally land in your junk mail.
3. Can I pay by debit card? 
   Our payment gateway is experiencing intermittent issues on debit card transactions. We suggest payment via credit card or online transfer. 
4. My debit card transaction failed. 
   Please contact your bank to activate online transaction authorisation. After that, you will need to inform them you will make a transaction on our website. 
5. How to check my order was successful? 
   All successful orders will receive an email NOTIFICATION from admin@yobaby.store 
   
6. Can i cancel my order? 
   All purchases are final. If you have any further questions, please contact us on Facebook messenger or email us at admin@yobaby.store 
   Any concern pertaining the order should be raised within 48 hours of purchase. 
7. How do I get my tracking number for my parcel after ordering?
   You will receive a tracking link via email once it is shipped out.
8. What will happen if delivery failed due to incorrect address/wrong contact number provided?
   Please check your email. We will notify you via email (from admin@yobaby.store) on your order status. However, re-delivery shipping fees will be charged.
9. Any expiry on the masks/wipes/disinfectant?
   Expiry date is as printed on the packaging, 24 months from the manufacturing date.

1. Can i choose colour?
   I’m sorry, colours will be randomly picked. However, there is selection based on gender that will help us in picking one that suits your baby. Rest assured all the colours are wonderful.
2. Can I use UV steriliser on the above items? 
   No, items with silicone are not recommended for UV sterilising.

Nuby Mask FAQ

1. Can I use the mask on my child if he/she is younger than 3 years old?
   It is not advisable to use the mask on children younger than 3 years old.
2. Is the mask reusable/washable?
   The mask is not washable but the 4 ply (3D) mask can be reused a couple of times if it maintains its structural and functional integrity and the filter material is not physically damaged or soiled.
3. What is the size of the 3ply mask?
   The dimension is 175mm in length and 80mm in height.
4. Are the masks certified?
   Yes. The masks have the certification number GB/T32610-2016 certified by the National Standard of The People’s Republic of China.
